I hope there's no iva issue with venting tank to air 'cos it's as per Build Guide... "If you do [remove canister] then you can leave the pipe open after the check valve on the tank to allow for evaporation without a vacuum forming."
Sorry - I've no experience of air bag issue.

Just unbolt it from under the dash after removing glove box.. no force needed.. 1/2 volt will set air bag off.. not a play toy after out..keeps kids away..

With the axle nuts. leave wheels on just remove center caps.. That way you have the weight of the car and brake system to stop wheels from spinning..The nuts are staked down knock it up.. I use an old screwdriver ground down to fit in slot. It must be 40 years old now.. A good 4 foot pipe on end of breaker bar helps.. air impact works most of time if you have one..

the rear ones do not need to be removed but the front hubs need to be removed to fit the wings stays behind them. You may need to dent the dust caps to get them off but as long as you do not puncture them you should be able to get them back in shape.

Use a small chisel between the cap and hub. keep going side to side to move it. Then keep tapping it off or grab it with a large pair of water pump pliers or pliers made for grease caps removal and work it off. If you are going to powder coat the rear parts you will need axle nut off/loose to take apart..
