I went to fetch a load of GRP today but the truck was too full so couldn't get the EXOPOD body on! Exocet customers must come first.
Now I am not one for teasing (oh yes I am) so I will let the MEV community be the first to know what we are playing about with.
Below is a picture of the first panel for EXOPOD. So we know the colour, this will match our demo car at Stoneleigh where we will launch EXOPOD, what is it? Well. Imagine you decide to go for a weekend run in your kit car. It rains, your tent gets wet, your socks get wet and you didn't have enough room for beers due to the sleeping bags taking up all the space. Been there, done it. How about you take a solid tent with you. A GRP one that will match your car, EXOPOD please step forward, a mini caravan, a caravan that matches your car. EXOPOD has a bespoke exoskeleton chassis powder coated in silver or to match the tow car, a proper rig, a rig that you can put all your stuff in, deck chairs, BBQ's, food, cool box, bedding, spare clothes, gazebo, portable WC, mountain bikes and of course most importantly, the beers. Lights and wings will also match the tow car and of course if you buy six alloys instead of 4 then it will be the dogs bollocks. Watch this space for updates, I will be fetching more GRP Exocet panels on Monday and I am determined to fetch the EXOPOD body back. Not long until the Stoneleigh EXOPOD launch. Think I mentioned EXOPOD enough times!
You lost me when you suggested, when describing the original problem, that you would put the sleeping bag in before the beer.
In this part of the world, if there is not enough room for adequate beer the first thing out is the wife, as they say "women and children first"

“Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body. But rather, to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming .... WOW what a ride.”

I prefer the name EXOPOD, far more trendy. The caravan tag conjures up the wrong image for us care free high spirited individuals who hit the road and head for the horizon bearing no watch or phone to tie us down to conformity
