Hello,
Just a quick one, having trouble taking the brake and fuel lines of my donor, disconnected all the brake lines from abs module and from the under body also fuel pipes from top of the tank and removed the fuel filter.
I can't access a clip that sits between the tank and rear seats.
Do I reuse any of the brake pipes on my abs equipped donor into the replicar or any of the fuel lines that run from the tank to the fuel rail/tank. I would like to keep abs.
Spent ages fiddling and trying to remove them all without damage then realized I may not need them. Thanks.
John

I used the original steel lines from the tank: Then replaced the rusty lines with Cupronickle: I did this part of the build in the UK with parts from a UK donor, if I had not already done the plumbing I would have considered using the complete pipe assembly off the rust free US donor.

Thanks very much I will have another go at freeing the fuel lines down before I attempt to lift the body.

I've got a mk2.5 donor so I only needed 1 fuel line and reused the original lines all the way from the tank to the throttle body. I got rid of the charcoal canister and put all new brake lines in.

Thanks I think I need another go at freeing them from the car, disconnected from top of tank and from under the car but feel stuck between the tank and the bulkhead behind the seats.

They are secured a couple of securing clips in there you need to release, or wait until after you drop the fuel tank.
