Further to the imminent closure of the licenced manufacturer, Road track Race Ltd on the 2nd March 2015, the Rocket and Sonic7 jigs and tooling have been returned to MEV HQ, but due to high demand for the Replicar and Exocet, MEV is unable to continue production of them at this time.

Update:- Sept 14, 2015
Stuart Mills, MD of MEV, has now found time to revisit the Rocket and is currently in the process developing an updated model called the Rocket Mk II that will be launched in the near future.
For further information on the Rocket Mk II please visit the titled forum board.
Unfortunately there is no further news regarding the re-launch of the Sonic7 at this time, fingers crossed.

The Sonic Project now has a new owner equilibrium
He is now in the process of setting up Equilibrum Kit Cars, based in Cheltenham, England and plans to re-launch the Sonic7 at the Stoneleigh kit car show, May bank holiday weekend 2016.

The Rocket Projects current owner @brimoto now has the project up for sale therefore no new Rocket Mk 1s are on sale currently.

The Rocket MK II will not be sold as a kit and the rights now sit with MW Motors. Prices, details etc tbc

Brimoto has sold the original jigs, tooling and moulds for the Rocket to kpower who will seek product approval from MEV as soon as possible.
