There is not one topic that I can find that our USA distributor has an active presents here. But I also noticed that same thing is missing on most of the other KIT forums here. I have been waiting for a response from the tR1ke manufacture to let me know who ships a kit to me.
Hey, stop by, introduce yourself, explain what your services are and lead times in kit availabity. Do you have any kits ready for test rides? Expected shipping from you to me?
Its good to know what the "Middle Man" does to warrant the added costs.
And maybe a Moderator could post a "Sticky" with the web pages of all the distributors for us.
Thanks.

Dave, my understanding is that there is a difference between manufacturers and distributors. IIRC RTR were the manufacturer of the tR1ke and they had a number of international distributors. This is different to the Exocet where MEV manufacture but also license Exomotive(?) to manufacture in the US.
If this is right then you might have difficulty with a tR1ke as RTR are no longer trading. I imagine that the rights to produce will be sold on but until someone announces something we're all in the dark on that....

Hi Dave, the tR1ke was originally designed by MEV and the manufacturing was done by RTR as they bought the rights. RTR are not related to the Eco-Exo though I know them fairly well as we were frequently at most of the shows involving Kit Cars and they always turned out very tidy looking demonstrators on the stands.
I know that Stuart at MEV is trying to help where he can to ensure all the models he originated continue to be made available but RTR is completely seperate from MEV as it is also from the Eco-Exo.
