Thanks guys. This morning I started the gas pedal,style Joker. (Hope that do not take it bad that it copied. ) and promptly an error in profil.maybe was too early today.... My objective and make aluminum , but without welding the pedal as that of steel. let's see what comes out.

Gas pedal is now finish.i think is good. It should also be stable enough.

You could go for Inconel for the Exhaust. With it's properties you can make it super thin.
Also if you are going to the extremes on the bolts what about butted ones. If such a thing exists outside bike parts.

This morning I started steering arm.I tried it with the drill but that titanium and so hard that I broke two cutters...in the end I could spark erosion and ed lasted about 6.5 hours

I have already a exhaust manifolds for e30 m3 titanium construction.The thick was 1mm.Inconel is better than titanium , but almost impossible to get a plate.

After the yesterday evening I 've programmed the machine,has finally come. All together,the machine 14 hours needed. But I am very happy of the same result. It all fits very good.so I could leave out the Stainless inserts,because the cone is cut directly to the part Now just bolting and ready.
