They look very good and priced ok but don't seem to come in anything less than 7J, had they come narrower would have been able to add some skinnier 'period' looking tyres with 80% sidewall as a second, winter set, for not much money.

After lots of reading I'd like a set of SuperPro bushes to go with the Gaz Gold Pros in the process of tracking down a supplier of these Aussie bushes.
Number of features of the superpro bushes, designed bearing face to wishbones and machined internal face of bush to crush tube, reduce chance of stiction and need for grease nipples.

if polybushes dry out then you can get suspension squeak, similarly with the low end poly bushes the end of the bush, rather than the crush tube (which invariably is not flush with the poly) takes the load of the arms and the poly bush contacting the metal of the arm causes stiction.
Should say this was all new to me until I started reading up on polybushes via various forums (MX5Nutz, piston heads etc) and the technical literature thats available via the web.
If I'm going to do my suspension and fork out good money I don't want to do it more than once.
Dont know if it will work but if it does have a look at this.

That video is pretty informative, so essentially all bushes are rubbish other than Super-pro!

I didn't say that, what I said was if I am shelling out cash I don't want to have to do something more than once and these, on the face of it, seem the best option for me.

what I meant to say is that super-pro seem to have got it spot on, so in my opinion they are the best. But if you get anything other than super -pro you may aswell buy cheap bushes because the power-flex bushes appear to have the same characteristics as the cheap bushes.

From memory 185 is too narrow for the wires supplied by MEV and 205 Classics are over £200

If anyone is interested I have tracked down a supplier of Aussie SuperPro bushes in the UK and ordered my set earlier this evening.
Seller is Performance 5 ~ if anyone wants more detail PM me and I'll forward same.
Kit is also available from Moss you just need to work through the MX5 suspension section to find it.
