Going to prep and prime the chassis asap with zinc phosphate primer, then get the subframes and some other bits blasted and painted.

I started work on it with a free day I had this week. Some of the brackets will not be used so they came off and the chassis was deburred, degreased, sanded and degreased again. Then it was painted with 2 coats of industrial grade zinc phosphate primer The chassis will now go to one side while I get the subframes etc blasted and primed Eddy

Been really busy with work and moving home, but some progress on the kit car Chassis painted and floor on Subframes sandblasted More progress planned soon as this needs to be finished soon. Eddy

More good progress Subframes painted I have also had lots of other bits sandblasted and I primed and topcoated them. Diff, driveshafts, prop, arb's, topmounts etc. Also been collecting lots of bits Superflex arb bushes KYB Adjustable shocks and jamex springs New crank seal & cas seal, lightened flywheel, new 3 piece clutch and spigot bearing Superflex diff mount bushes on lsd diff Superflex rear arb bushes and more KYB shocks with lowered springs So, the assembly can begin at last Eddy

Vast progress has been made as all the bits were clogging the place up. Put the engine in the front subframe. Note the hose clips on the heater bypass pipe Lightened flywheel, new spigot bearing and clutch on Gearbox on Rear diff and driveshafts in the rear subframe with the poly mounts, then connected the front and rear subframes with what is called the power plant frame Propshaft and steering rack on making a rolling chassis as such. More very soon

remember before you drop the frame on to loosen(just a little) the 3 bolts on the front of the PPF to the trans so you can move the 2 sub frames a little..
