Have you had it on a rolling road as they can can set it all up for you and get more bhp out of it I think omex will only give you a base map a rolling road will set it up to that engine well worth the money I took mine to Northampton Motorsport he knows his engines and very helpful

I got the same pipe on mine had to cut that long pipe off with thread on it and plugged up the hole you may also find that you have to alter the angle where it will join to the rest of your exhaust ( mine was a mk2 yours is a mk3 so you may not have to )

Thanks Fatboy. I am going to have a new rear section made anyway as I know the existing connection is different.

Finally got the new rear section of the exhaust made today. The welder did a great job fabricating and welding it up. Will book some tuning time now and it will be ready for the summer

well done on ur iva love the shape of exhurst just 1 concern it looks very close to wheel and tyre from that angle, trust me when i say there a LOT off heat coming out off these rocket exhursts due to the short length of pipe from maifold to silencer i can testify have melted the fins on my rear diffuser twice ;-( if it is the angle the photo i apologies now

I decided to make use of my engine crane Christmas present and take the engine out so I could tidy up some bits that I rushed a bit when I was building the car. I need to alter the cooling pipes which run a bit too close to the manifold and get some better heat shielding in place. I have just installed the quick rack conversion too which was a b**ch to do. If I have enough money I want to swap out the engine mounts for the Vibra technics ones before putting the engine back in.
