We are going to sell the first few at £4999 plus VAT. This would NOT make a good business case but I can't wait to see a few on the roads.
We will include a shinny GRP body in a colour to suit you as long as it is BRG.
It will be finished and will not have split lines or pin holes in it.
The chassis will also be included and it will weigh under 70kgs. It is similar to the MEVSTER chassis but with out riggers to support the body. The chassis will be exposed internally as per the original so I will use round tube to match.
The alloy to match the original interior will be included plus a nut bolt and rivet pack with brake pipe and P clips and so on.
My guess is that if you sell all the bits off your donor that you don't need then you could complete one of these beauties for 7K inc the cost of a set of chrome wire wheels at £200 each. The first few will also include the lighting set excluding the headlights as these are MX5 ones. The rears are matched to the original car made by Lucas. You will get matching chrome rimmed reflectors and fog and reverse lights to hang underneath with chrome rims too. Number plate lights and small front indicators to fit behind the front light covers are included too.
So are the vac formed covers them selves.
I will also include alloy rings and mesh for the front fog apertures and a bar for the front and side grille holes. You will also get fasteners for the bonnet.
This all sounds amazing value, I might be tempted myself!
