I made small aluminium brackets, curved to follow the chassis and flat to fit panel. Used closed end rivnuts in the chassis and normal rivnuts in the brackets.

i series of these manufactured to fit the range of mev radii could sell well on here ?? a job for lockdown ??

I know you can buy the metal tag (the stright bit) with a 6mm hole in to weld on to the chassis which is ideal if you know where you need them during the build and before powdercoat, they are cheap too at 50p each. I know it doesn't help after powercoat but surley someone can make them?

I got a job for lockdown, I started tutoring engineering at our local Polytechnic, accepted the job on the morning of the day our lockdown was announced! How lucky is that? Been teaching via Zoom for the last three weeks. I made the tags with a hammer and a file.
