Doing away with any "power restrictions" will be useful for when you're carrying.......ahem.......extra ballast? Martin

All looking very nice Kevin and busy :-) I see what you meant about the clocks now but they are nice and clear at least. I look forward to seeing it in the spring and more importantly hearing it :-) Andy

Re the clocks, they're not staying on for much longer, well as as soon as I can figure how to get the GSXR1000 clocks to work with the busa loom.

Well I guess it was a relative statement " turbos are quiet" and in my defence the cars at work are loads quieter with turbos but the turbo itself makes lots of noise:-) ah well "loud pipes save lives" and all that.
Ah that will be neater with GSXR clocks I take it you just have to work out what goes to where :-)

To be fair, the exhaust system from the turbo right to the end of the silencer is much bigger than normal. I haven't measured it but its at least 3 to 3 1/2 inch straight through to the end of the silencer, I think Bigcc made the oversized dia exhaust for the bike in an attempt at causing the least amount of restriction as possible, I know it made more power with just a slash cut stubby end sticking out from the turbo, but the flames would be a bit of a worry. Trouble is though, the old girl is up for its first MOT in June and there's no way it'll pass as it is, so I'll have to make a smaller diameter end can at least.

Awseome sound. Guy in the Porsche seemed slow. At some points I think the Speedo could not keep up with the acceleration.

Hi Kevin, Have you ever reconsidered to make new bodywork for the tR1ke with added WORKING windscreens? I have a Givi windscreen on my Exo and the modified shape of the screen seems to cancel out the need for eye protection at the 60mph test I did in januari. A redesigned bonnet would make the tR1ke realy lovely to enjoy for road cruising too.
