WOW My guess was right or sort off. I could see you were building something small from the sneak preview cycle wing picture. I have thought how nice it would be for my son as he is always out with me in the garage, and to have his own would be great. I did think about getting one fabricated at some stage in the future. Very nice

Cheers Mabbs, Andy, Liam loves it, its not all that nippy but mum says its fast enough!!! No full MEV range Andy, this took long enough as literally everything has had to be made to fit,,, and not having specific donor it has not helped, Not sure on the cost wise yet (dont really wont to add it up!!) must be getting on £500 (but dont tell the misses),, not including the long dark nights spent in the garage,,,, , But hey it was worth it and with two boys im sure it will get plenty of use !!! If its still working i will be bring it up to stoneleigh show,, Scott

Thanks, what she doesn't know won't hurt her!!
Definitely no racing as its not great on speed, but I put that down to my over engineering using 2mm wall tube,,, it weights a ton!! But hey it moves fast enough for Liam as you heard enough to get me worried he was about to crash and damage all my hard work!!

awesome!!!!!! that is the best kids toy ever! better than the electric police bike i had as a kid! i have just bought the plans off ebay for the kids car you build using a swing bin! not quite in the same league as yours tho! i just cant afford a rocket kit yet and have a baby boy due in march so gonna build the swing bin car in the mean time! hope to see this at some shows later this year!

Excellent, the swing bin will be a great start and smaller ideal starting place,, then build your Rocket and then you can do Baby Rocket in a few years perfect!!!!

ORSUM MATEY!!!!!!!!!! Does the vehicle generate it's own electricity via a dynamo or is it's range limited by the length of the extension lead? Oh and YES it will be allowed at the next MEV track day! Brilliant!
