Love the steering wheel arrangement, am doing something similar but using Tig welding switches on the back of the wheel for gear up gear down, and will probably fit the savage switches for lights and maybe a Start button. I'm still waiting for my money :-)
Think in all honesty my trike will not be on the road for any kit car shows this year :-(
Just send swingarm and rear wheel in for shot blasting, then onto Powder Coating

As promised: fuel-pump-housing-and-swirl-pot-in-one. It was a hell of a job, but finally ready and without leakage! That was the hardest part by the way. I spent about 10 liters of argon and 7 working hours...

Picked it up today! Really got a trike now and I must say, RTR made a beautiful frame. The pipes are all TIG-welded and it was neatly cleaned. First things done: removed steering wheel from the column, made the floorplate fit. Going to drill the fist holes tomorrow for mounting the floor. Can't wait until it's ready!

Yep, the radiator is the standard R1 2004, which came with the bike Only thing about it is the extra coolant line for the oil/water heat exchange and another small coolant hose (don't exactly know what it's for). Hopefully it fits all in the duct...

Took the camera again today Today I mounted the nosecone. For this I took some of the old quick-release bolts from the fairing of the donor bike: Then I wanted to see if the mirrors I ordered looked a bit decent, so I mounted them also: The last job for today was the mounting of the handbrake-caliper: Before: After: That's all for today
