I have a met rocket 1.8 zebet runs brilliant for a 30 mile round trip then it just cuts out like it has a fuel blockage I can re start it and it does it again after 10 min run I think its a fuel problem can anyone help or advise not overheating no warning lights? thank you Hydraulic1 Now all sorted was tank breather thank you snow bird.

Have you checked the fuel tank venting?

The coil packs can overheat and sometimes crack, might be worth a check especially if you have an engine cover on.

Do you have a fuel pressure regulator / gauge? Does the pressure drop? Could fuel system be so tight that no air is getting back into the tank when fuel is used? Check this by popping off a fuel hose from the return side of the fuel rail, if there's a vacuum, you'll hear it, if there's pressure, you'll get wet :-)
Will it start up straight away after cutting out, or do it need a while?

Thank you all it looks like there was no tank breather checked and changed the coil packs and ht leads changed the cam sensor that made no difference took tank cover off no breather on the tank now has a small hose with vent filter going onto the engine compartment should be ok now thanks for all your advise regards Steve Hydraulic1
